I would like to personally thank Cody Johnston of Superior Building Services for his prompt response to my air conditioning issue at my condo in Grove City. I contacted Cody on a Sunday afternoon and he quickly took my call and setup a service call for me the next day. Cody investigated and corrected the problem today, thankfully, as it is very humid. Learn from my mistake and save yourself from having to get a second opinion or quote by getting it right the first time. Cody was recommended to me after I told some friends about this "flat rate" I was quoted with a very generic repair description. He came out right out, told me exactly what was wrong, how he had to fix it and saved me over $300! It is hard to find honest people who are not trying to rip you off, so let me save you a second opinion and take my recommendation, call Superior Building Services the first time!

If your looking for an honest company who will go out of their way to make sure your not without heat or air, then give superior a call. They will get all of my business from here on out. Both times I have needed them they came out during non business hours to make sure I was taken care of and followed up to make sure everything was good to go. The prices are great and the work is even better. If your not using them for all your heating and cooling needs then your missing out.

I had no cool air coming from my a/c . I called Cody and he was able to come later in the day. I have never seen someone do such thorough job. He was able to assess a leak issue within a few minutes. After fixing the issue,he spent lots of time making sure my a/c was up and running. 2 hours later and my A/C has never worked better. I would refer this business to anyone.
